Just a full disc shot today that shows only one Sun spot (AR11084) and quite a few large filaments.

We still have a somewhat quiet Sun the only points of interest being the Earth sized Active Region AR11084 and a nice prom on the west of the disc. Imaging was made difficult today due to a strong wind.

Still a quiet Sun as can be seen from the full disc image. There was a nice active area on the NE with a wall of plasma eminating from it.

Finally the Sun seems to be springing to life with no less than 3 Active Regions on the disc. The mosaic shows 2 of them (one right on the edge) and a dramatic filament. There was also a filament/prominece group towards the north. Seeing wasnt great ith strong haze. PST-B90 at f/15 (6 pane mosaic).

The west of the solar disc proved interesting today showing AR11072 (at the bottom), what used to be the "seagull" filament and a nice prominence. This is a large mosaic of 11 panes taken with my PST-B90 at f/15 and DMK21 camera. You should be able to zoom in and fly over the Sun!

Active Region AR11072 still crakles along. A large prominence still adorns the NW while the NE still shows some instabillity.
